In Kent, order custom cakes and balloon installations at least a week ahead, longer around graduation season and the holidays. Across Ohio, gift-basket shipping times depend on whether the basket holds perishable food, so ask before ordering for an out-of-town recipient. Chocolate and candy shops are busiest before Valentine's Day, Easter and Christmas. Check the listing for hours, delivery options and Google rating, and call to confirm same-day availability.

Hours are published for 1 day a week. On most of those days it is open 12–5 PM. Hours in the United States do change around federal holidays and long weekends, so a quick call before a special trip is sensible. The listed phone number is (330) 678-8967. Many businesses also reply to text messages on the same number if it is a cell phone. Its website is facebook.com, where you may find menus, price lists or booking options.

It has a Google rating of 4.9 out of 5, though from only 0 reviews so far, so treat the score as an early indication rather than a verdict.

Kent is in Ohio, in the Midwest, where summers are warm, winters are cold and snowy, and most errands are done by car; businesses keep steady year-round hours with the usual holiday changes. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Kent follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.
